Maxime Deraspe | CEO
Maxime brings over 25 years of executive experience in sales, marketing, and leadership within the woodworking and manufacturing industries. Over the past decade, he has driven nearly $100 million in high-end millwork sales for some of the most prestigious estates across North America. With a foundation in the aeronautical sector, Maxime transitioned into the luxury residential woodworking market, where he held senior leadership roles focused on revenue growth and market expansion before founding MDM. His expertise includes business development, brand positioning, architectural coordination, and operational best practices aimed at maximizing efficiency and profitability. He holds both a Graduate Diploma in Management (DESS) and a Bachelor’s Degree.
Félix Lavoie-Gariépy | COO
Félix is a seasoned professional in architectural millwork, with over 20 years of experience managing high-end residential and commercial projects across North America. He’s known for leading multi-million-dollar luxury builds across the U.S., making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
With a background that spans commercial, residential, and aeronautical woodwork, Félix has held key roles in operations, engineering, and quality assurance. In the aerospace sector, he oversaw the quality of private aircraft interiors—including wood, metal, fabric, and leather finishes—within a 300-person production facility. This broad experience gives him a strong mix of technical know-how and a strategic mindset.
In addition to his woodworking formation, he holds a DESS in Vehicle and Transportation Equipment Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design—blending craftsmanship with creative vision. Fluent in French, English, and Italian, he brings a global outlook to his work, driven by a passion for architecture, fine woodworking, and music.
